Shocking Telkom service !!

<p>Nearly 3 weeks of no phone line or Internet connection and still no service from Telkom. Phoned this morning to query yet again when it was going to be fixed only to be told that there is no fault logged for my number - absolutely ridiculous, I have a reference number !!!! promised again they will send a technician soon - just not happening </p>
