Shocking Telkom!!!!

Telkom made an error on my billing ...and later apologized and rectified it. Apparently they have reported me for bad debt!! I couldn't get an overdraft from standard bank because they said telkom have listed me???? I demand that it is IMMEDIATELY lifted!!!!!! DEREK KRUMMECK ID ********** 060080
