Shocking Technical department service

I have received an email from Telkom telling me they are migrating my system to a new system. The mail tells me to save my emails, as when they migrate they will be lost. I have hundreds of important emails i mky Outlook Xpress. Then then tell me to contact their support or 10210 for help. Well, sent an email, heard nothing back. Phoned 10210, and the lady said she cannot help me. I must do it. When I asked for someone else, she told me to hold on, and in 5 minutes, never came back. Basically cut me off. As soon as my contract expires, it is goodbye Telkom for me.
