Shocking *********** staff

Absolutely shocking service untrained staff,kerp customers on hold,managers never available they tell customer that manager will call in 5 mins hou wait e0 minutes no calls u call again and they tell u no managers on duty,they working from home they dont know the managers surname makhotdo gumede and his manager lungi cele, i spoke to nonhlala whose manager is lerato who did not return my call, they need to hire competent staff,this is the 3rd day anf no response pathethic service useless staff and management
