SHOCKING SERVICE - TELKOM MOBILE

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom mobile nearly every day for the last month. I can only do it online but the online services does not work. I have spoken online to so many consultants. It is escalated but no one responds! SHOCKING!!
