SHOCKING SERVICE TELKOM FIBRE

My router for my fibre packed up on Friday. Take it through to Telkom Fourways Crossing only to be told even though it's under warranty they don't swap out routers it has to go in for repairs 7 - 14 days. BUT not to worry part of the package is a back up ****le they will load 2 gigs and activate the sim which will take 12 HOURS to activate!!!!! 12 hours later it will not connect, go back to Telkom only to be told something is wrong they will have to send it in to get looked at AND they cannot do a sim swap!!!!! SORRY for me they cannot help me. So nearly 4 days later with no wifi - I am paying for a service I cannot use or no one can help me with or even seem to care, it now costing for data and I am loosing income.
