SHOCKING SERVICE TELKOM
Telkom erroneously and without my permission terminated my email account on 24 August 2019. I have been to the Telkom office in Sea Point 4 times since then in an attempt to get my email re-instated without success. How difficult can it really be to re-install an email address?

12 Sept 2019, 19:09Telkom gave me a complete run around on the phone today - each person as useless as the next and giving contradicting information. Still no success in getting my email re-instated. I am beyond angry and frustrated.
