Shocking Service Telkom

If I could give a 0 I would. Their service is horrible. App**** over the phone for fiber on the 7th of April 2021. Installer came and said they need to open a new port on the box and left. Called two weeks later and they said they will send someone to my property. Waited the whole day for them they never pitched. I called again about a week after that same story they scheduled a day for an installer they never pitched. Still waiting for my fiber. I am going to cancel it. I will never do business with Telkom again and will never recommend them to anyone. The can stick their "good" prices I would rather pay more and receive good service. SHOCKING BEYOND BELIEF TELKOM!!!
