Shocking service provider

To Whom It May Concern, I have had a line with Telkom for some time now, we moved houses and requested the line be moved to the new property, Telkom came out and noted that there had never been a line there - SURELY you could see this before you arrived! Now i am told i must get an electrician out to come and lay the cables - SURELY this is something that Telkom are supposed to do??? What kind of service do you provide? Please tell me, because it sounds like the typical passing the buck story where i must keep paying for the line i am unable to use oh and i must pay someone to set it up for Telkom.... What a load of Bull!!! I am seriously considering cancelling my line with immediate effect because you are now just *****ing from me because i cannot use a service which is being charged for, without the option of being able to put it on hold until such time all is sorted!
