Shocking Service or is it INCOMPETENCE!

Absolutely SHOCKING service. Had fibre installed 12 April 2021, worked for 7 days and now no internet since 23 April. 4 Days' worth of calls and no one knows what's wrong. What the hell! Working from home and disconnected. To top it all off, being billed for a service we dont have.
