shocking service / no service

<p>Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape<br />My wife had a contract with telkom which ended December 2015, after given written notice at your Walmer Park branch on the 22.12.2015 your company chose to keep deducting money from my wifes account,. After noting this in October 2015 we notified your department of which they wiped there ????? of this and still debited the account again and this happened in November and again in December even after numorous attempts to stop this your billing department just kept taking the money which to me is theft leaving me with one alternative which is to open a theft case against telkom. Between my wife and myself we have made a total of 19 calls reference and case no's and three visits to your stores in Port Elizabeth to request a refund only to be told that we dealing with the matter, even after providing your consultants with all the requested updates they chose to ignore, not even a single call to either me ofr my wife, what a disgrace. Never have I ever in my 43 years on this earth had to deal with such pathetic service where a person is just a no or rather, a piece of dirt. I will never recommend, refer or use the likes of your circus ever. Always thought that goverment were bad but this circus, well they take the cake along with the managers who for some reason have been locked in a meeting since October, must be eating the CAKE. Names of consultants since October, team leader Mandisa Cumbaza case no ********** , Pumeleo case no ********** 8, Mandisa, Thipe, team leader Zandile Mwagaza case no ********** 0, Thembile, Nkosikona, Simpiwe, Babalo, Zama, team leader Menzi case no ********** 0, Pilani. This just goes to show that the lack of interest or consumer wrights mean jack **** to telkom. Debiting an account for 12 months at their discretion, theft i'd say. So many empty promises from team leaders and consultants yet each 1 proving to be more of a bull****er than the other, and when you request to speak to a manager, well believe it or not they are still in a meeting. What a shame</p>
