Shocking service in dealing with ********** contracts

I have had 2x ********** contracts taken out with Telkom late 2020. By mid December 2020, Telkom had flagged the contracts as **********, but in a space of 4 weeks I have had one deduction of unauthorized debit order for the same ********** contracts as well 2x attempted deductions. It makes no sense that the contracts have been flagged as ********** but Telkom is still deducting payments for the said ********** contract.
