Shocking service from Telkom SA

Telkom have managed to delete my email address and their systems are always down so every time I try and call them they cannot help me. I have been experiencing email problems for the whole of July and now they have deleted my email username from their system. No one at their call centers is able to help. I have called in 5 times in the last two days and experienced excessive hold times and when someone eventually answers they cannot help. Shocking dismal service.
