Shocking service from Telkom repairs dept
My parents who live in a retirement village, have had no working Telkom line for over a month, despite reporting their phone out of order on 3 separate occasions (REF 671550). As pensioners, they rely heavily on their phone as a means of communication.<br> <br> Please could someone assist them URGENTLY.<br>
