Shocking service from Telkom Mobile

I'm shocked with Telkom Mobile's service. It's pathetic and frustrating. For the past few weeks i have been loading airtime and trying to convert that airtime into Voice Bundles and my airtime is used by some service which non of the Agents could assist with. I spoke to Ashly and he told me that i have a subscription which is false, then spoke to Lumka today and she hung up on me, spoke to Nolufefe Thole who told me the system is offline which is BS and i finally spoke to Sithembele Nxeko who promptly assisted me. (Well done Sithembele Nxeko). I used to work for telkom Mobile when it was still 8TA in 2010 and i have introduced a lot of people to use it and im not happy with the kind of treatment I've received the past 3 weeks.
