Shocking service from Telkom as usual

<p>Our one line with Telkom has not worked for 4 months, they say the cable has been ****** which I don't believe as it works intermittently. We app**** for a new service at our second home and they keep sms'ing to say they will come and they don't. To call them you must hold on for ages. They are without doubt the worst company in the world to deal with.</p>
