Shocking service from Telkom

So since the 23 April 2020 I have been trying to have fibre installed. It is now 04 June and I am tired of being **** to my telkom call centre agents. I have requested to speak to a manager on so many occasions now and not one of them has the decency to call me. I strongly advise if you are looking for a ISP stay away from Telkom customer service does not exist with them.
