Shocking service from Telkom

The service of Telkom is ridiculous!!!!! My contract was due for renewal in Jan 2020, Telkom took it upon themselves to renew it with my approval. I did not want this renewed as I was going to move to fibre. After visiting the stores, (which is a just waste of time, as they cant help with anything), sending many emails, msgs on facebook, still nothing. After 2 months a lady called me to say the problem was sorted out and I advised nothing was sorted out and that a manager needs to call, till now the manager is still calling. Still sitting with something I did not want and they cant seem to give a damn. I hope this gets to Telkom and someone will call me back, which I really don't think they will.
