Shocking service from TELKOM

Cannot believe that after writing to Hello Peter regarding the shocking service my mother in law has received from Telkom regarding her cancelation of her land line number ********** 468 and trying to get her a Wireless device for her room in the old age home in Panorama Palms. This has been going on since last year August. Can one actually believe it. I so wish that they would contact me on ********** 585 so that I can tell them how disgusting there service is and that I would never ever recommend them to anyone.
