Shocking Service from Telkom

I cancelled my Telkom line in Jan 2018, but because they didn't cancel when they were supposed to, they have been adding on rental amounts since then. I have been on Webchat with their agents for months and it has been escalated....now it shows that I have bad debt with Telkom. Shocking service!!!!
