Shocking service from Telkom
For about 2 and half months I have been battling with my Wi-Fi and internet connection and Telkom cannot resolve the problem. The technicians come out reset the internet saying the line is working but yet within anything from 15mins to a day I lose the connection. Not a single person can sort the problem out and this is causing untold frustration never mind the fact that I am paying for a service without getting what I pay for and that I am using my cell phone data which equates to anything from R1000 to R2000. I cannot believe that no one at Telkom actually can resolve this problem.
