Shocking service from Telkom

The worst service I have experienced from a service provider. The call center and billing department from Telkom are extremely bad. All the call center agents did their best but unfortunately that was still not enough. I had numerous case numbers which is still unresolved or the case has just been closed without anybody calling me to discuss the case. One agent called me back to say that the case has been resolved and that they as a billing department can't change it, so why does Telkom have a billing department if they can't change anything?

I have never experienced such shocking service to be honest. The gentleman at the shop did his very best to assist me and even his manager tried but yet again no one from the billing department provided any assistance nor any help.

I will not recommend Telkom to anyone ever again and it will be my last Telkom contract and I will leave after my contract has expired.
