shocking service from telkom

i have never received such terrible service from Telkom. I have had to cancel 3 services over the past 2 years and each one has been horrific. I have not been in the country and the sim card has been taken/****** and used to make calls - I bought it on contract for wifi and therefore assumed it was only for data - 8 months later I have no managed to get the final account cancelled and I have been told that I am liable for all costs. I wrote to them in june.july.september and then in December when I received the bill I was horrified and it continued until beginning of feb this year - their cancellations department is the most useless department of all. and I am now faced with these costs. I shall not be paying them and they can hand me over to the attorneys I will not be liable for their incompetence.
