Shocking service from Telkom

<p>I reported my home telephone line as there is no service on the 15th of March 2017. Reference number 75crz120317. They kept on sending emails saying the fault was given to the technician and they in the process trying to resolve. Then the sms messages stop and still no service. After numerous phone calls to the call centre they assured me someone will phone me. Still waiting for a phone call and still no service. Am I paying my monthly service fee for not using the facility. This is the worst service I ever received and it makes me wonder if telkom will ever live up to their values. </p>
