Shocking service from Telkom

<p>I have been without a telephone or adsl line now for a month. With constant phone calls to Telkom and escallation after escallation i am still no further forward with a result. It is as if they are refusing to help me and hiding behind the fact that you are unable to speak to someone of importance or even the same person over and over to get a resolution to the fault. I want action and a solution to this. </p>
