Shocking service from Telkom

<p>I experienced the most awful service from Telkom.I was treated like dirt by them and I supported them with my money and they don't deserve it.Their call centre stinks and I hate talking to them because all they do is add notes to existing cases. I have been having pending cases since Nov and I still didn't get it sorted out.I discourage anyone from taking out contract with them</p>
