Shocking service from Telkom
<p>After almost 2 months Telkom has still not installed my LTE receiver on the roof of my home as promised in the contract!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** 5</p>
My reference doesn't mean Jack! I phoned Telkom now every week (will have to do it again tomorrow) and all I get is that you escalated the problem, and that is every week! Please, can somebody respond to my problem instead of giving me a number??
You can escalate all you want untill somebody actually do his job!!
