Shocking service

Telkom is too comfortable with where they are and their service is shocking.... I have been complaining since last year June about my lte and they still can't fix the problem... They very quick to take the installment but couldn't they clearly don't care about the customers... Every single agent has called me to do the same thing... When I say it does not work they tell me it will work.... It's so annoying and dissapointing.... Can not wait to cancel the contract end of the year
