Shocking Service Delivery in Closure

I cancelled my business line in Nov 2019.I was told it would take another month to close off.Its now march and telkom is happily charging me with interest for a line which isnt active anymore.I tried to ph in to 10217 which is a waste of time as you are left hanging with no-one taking your call .Telkom is Pathetic
