SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY

Shocking service delivery. I'm a small business and we rely heavily on Telkom for our telephone lines. We have had no service and no lines for the past three days. I have repeatedly called and keep getting told that its with the technicians, but I still dont have telephone lines. Telkom are forcing us to go with an alternative Cell phone options, which will happen by the weekend if nothing happens
