Shocking service by cancellations and call centre

I have relocated and can't use if I, requested cancellation on 1/2/2018.Have made more than a dozen calls with 1 everyday for the last 5 days.Still not sorted , over 24 business days later. Everyday it gets escalated and gues what , no action, no call back.
