Shocking service

Selecting 1 star is even too much. Over a period of 4 months I have been begging for my account to be closed and a simple paid up letter and too date I have not been assisted.

Telkom is quick to black list people and answer when its for a sale, but when we need service on our existing account the service is beyond poor.

Worse network provider!
