Shocking Service at TELKOM

Telkom Hemingway's is shocking the staff especially the technical person, shocking. If my WiFi is not working then don't ask for my phone to check the SIM card, you have devises to do so, just to damn lazy. There is no sense of urgency if we weren't locked into contract's trust me yesterday you would have lost all 6 in our household. The branch is poorly managed, and you never backchat a customer, your job is service, and you were not in the store and had to be called to come back into the store. It's disgusting
