Shocking service as usual. Parastatals should not be allowed to operate!

<p>I asked for a line to be relocated to my new address on the 27 July. A month in advance.</p> <p>The previous owner had a perfectly good, working line prior to me requesting the move. On the 26th of August, the day of my move, someone from Telkom arrived and told me there was a problem with my line and it could not be connected.</p> <p>Today, 1 September, I am told it has been fixed but that a technician can only come out on the 12th September!!!!!</p> <p>How does one operate a business like this? My offices are in Pretoria and I now have the expensive route of communication with them: CELL PHONE!</p>
