Shocking service as usual

Someone at Telkom cancelled my contract for my voice and internet connections. When I called in to find out why no one can give me an answer what is worse a manager by the name of Nomvusa in PE refused to deal with my complaint. The nerve Telkom has to cancel my contract and still send me statements requesting I pay my account.

Who exactly regulates Telkom because they act like nothing ever happens to them. I’m fed up with it
