Shocking service and turn around time from Telkom

I have been requesting assistance from Telkom for weeks on end. The total incompetence from their call centre staff is appalling. I call daily for assistance, they either hang up on me. Or log a new fault which puts me back in the queue and I have still not been assisted.<br> Time to get a new service provider
