Shocking Service and Lies!!!!

Does anyone know someone high up in Telkom??? I have been waiting for my phone delivery since Tue 2017/10/24 10:11 am and it still has not arrived!!!!! There was false advertising on a special and because of this the assistant promised to have the phone couriered faster than the 7 - 10 days waiting period! Well I am STILL waiting 36 days later and counting!!! I have paid for the instalments and not had any phone!!! This is a *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE AND LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
