Shocking service and empty promises

Telkom was supposed to port my number on 1 November and informed me that it would take 72 hours (Over the weekend). Yesterday a telkom agent informed me that my number would be ported by yesterday afternoon latest. This morning it has still not been ported and the agent told me this morning that I must give it another 24 hours. Empty promises as usual and I now need to keep buying airtime as I need to call my clients off my old number and I don't want to be carrying around 2 phones all day. Very disappointed.
