Shocking Service and Customer Service does not exists

Most shocking service and customer service ever, 2 days late on a payment, yes my fault, but lawyers are involved after 2 days, then the amount is paid the same day. and now 2 weeks like my number is cut because their lawyer hasn't paid them! You can't speak to telkom they don't call back and their bot doesn't give you an option to be transfered and their Nudebt Lawyers say it is not their problem and they don't care and it can take as long as it takes. I should have paid, I missed the debit order by 2 days!!!
