Shocking service again from Telkom

Shocking service from Telkom. I canceled my landline At Telkom Shop Eastgate 3 weeks ago. The shop assistant asked me to fill in a form and asked for a my ID. He said he was submitting my form. I took a photo for my records. I heard nothing from them so I called to find out what is happening with my cancellation. I was told that there is no record and they won’t help me telephonically. They told me to register on line. After no success in registering I kept on calling and was told to speak to a supervisor but they won’t put me through. I called Telkom shop Eastgate but it goes to a call Centre and they said they would email the manager to call me. No surprise that nobody called!!! I want the line cancelled and have done everything possible and waited 3 weeks and nothing done. They are useless!!!!
