Shocking service

Telkom is such a waste of time and energy. They deducted R1000.00 instead of R1059.00 and then they go and inconvenience me by suspending my wifi because they deducted from account less by R59.00 and when I called their contact centre their agent has the audacity to tell me to listen when I voice out my frustration. So now I must go pay because they are refusibng to reinstate unless I pay.
