Shocking Service

<p>I'm currently a Telkom customer with 2 contracts. I was offered a contract by Sell Direct on behalf of Telkom. The service recived from Sell Direct has been sorrible that i'm even suprised Telkom still gives them our contact details for them to contact us!</p> <p>I've tried to contact Telkom, as their customer for assistanc, but honestly, they haven't done anything for me,all that i've been told is 'contact Sell Direct;wait for them to call you" and worse, i've been told that i wll have to pay the Pro-rata for November, even though i'v never used the Router!</p>
