Shocking Service

<p>First we reported a fault, they found a problem at the exchange and fixed it but it did not resolve our issue, we reported it several times and two weeks later we still have a problem. A technician was promised to come out and look, well Telkom doesnt care about its business customers so it didnt send anyone. Why did the technician not come to site to check that everything as ok at our address, not the exchange. The exchange wont tell you if our problem is resolved. I am just tired of helkom.... <br /><br />14yrs later and nothing has changed, its still weeks of down time when there is a problem. Its a simple easy to fix problem but it takes telkom two weeks to get a technician out to fix it. with an always online business... Awesome.
