Shocking service

We were called by Telkom at the end of 2018, inquiring should we request a new Telkom cordless telephone, to replace our current landline. If we did not agree or order one within their time frame, then we would lose the landline connection, and have to buy a new phone as well. So we agreed, and were pleasantly surprised. We still called them several times to make sure it was confirmed. Telkom, still agreed that they would deliver the new phone to my wife's work. During this time we still had prepaid landline. Telkom still called again to confirm and we agreed. We informed Telkom we would be moving to another property, but no problem, the phone would be delivered to the work. So the deadline date of early this year went by, and we still received no phone. We moved , and still no phone. So, my wife visited the offices at Keywest again last month. The consultant was most rude, and blatantly said we did not answer their calls to confirm the phone. The Consultant said we didn't answer their call and that my wife hung up the phone! This were their words to us. Can you believe this! Why would we agree to a new phone, ask for it to be delivered, and then hang up a call from Telkom. Anyway, so this service is disgraceful, and it confirms we will not purchase any services or products from Telkom in future. This goes on, we have a Modem contract for internet services. At the end of the contract, we requested to cancel. You cannot simply close this account, even though it has expired. It cannot be done by visiting the office at Keywest, they tell us to do it on line. It took me weeks or trying on line. Impossible! The system is so useless, because you cannot submit the application. So back to the office in Keywest. Again, they refuse to assist, it must be on line. Here is the inconvenience, we are still paying for this contract. We cannot successfully cancel it. This is *******, dishonesty and hopeless service. We will not support our marvelous Telkom any longer, and will approach another office to cancel this contract. I will get this contract closed!!!
