SHOCKING SERVICE!

<p>I was interested in moving over from Vodacom to Telkom but when I went into a branch to find out and apply I wasnt impressed with service and lack of feedback from telkom staff. 1st a lady was rude when I was filling in the application form she couldnt look me once in the eye she was so concentrated on her pc screen and was so short with me and sent me away rudily because I never had the bank statements certified.. so no worries I walked out thinking ***.. went to bank to get original coppies and then emailed the other gentleman that works there MABOWE SEREME... I asked him if I could email all the documents to him so he can do the application so long but after 3 emails sent him he ignores me and no reply... and I have communicated with him over email before so I know the address is correct. </p>
