Shocking service

I moved suburbs and Telkom were going to activate my line. It was to move my line and ADSL. I thought I would be able to get an LTE router but the new suburb I moved to (Constantia, Western Cape) has zero LTE coverage so no choice but to get a fixed line. There is already a line here, it just needed to be activated. Installation was set for 04/07/2016 and order number was ********** 92A. The guy arrived, did some checking and said there was a cable problem in the road and the cable department needed to sort it. I asked how long and he said between 24 - 48 hours and then he could come back. I followed up on Wednesday 6th and nothing was done, got a reference number for technical and followed up on Thursday 7th. Nobody knew what that reference number meant and no technician had been notified. Finally got hold of a manger, Sibonelo Maphala and she said she would follow up. Numerous calls and emails later and I finally get a notifications that a technician will be here on 15/07/2016 between 7:30 and 12:00. Another day wasted and I cannot work without ADSL, am "borrowing" wifi signal from my neighbour. This has gone on long enough and I expect a resolution.
