Shocking Service

Telkom service is disturbing. -I changed my banking details and provided my new banking details however no debit order went through -They called me and I confirmed everything, was told that they will debit but nothing-Their bill keeps increasing -no service no debit order and so quick to close the tickets and state that query is resolved.
