SHOCKING SERVICE

I have been trying since7th March to cancel 1 of our business lines (ADS)L)I have sent 5 e mails with 5 reference numbers and had 2 calls from Msomisl and Lungal promisding to cancel and to date NOTHING has happened . The DEpt cannot be conracted at all except via e mail which just gives an automated reply. Even DSL Telecom who do marketing for Telkom could not contact them. I went into a Telkom Store and they were too lazy to help and said i must do it on my cellphone and they gave me instructions. I am 68 years old and on a cellphone !!!!
