Shocking service

I went to Telkom on Saturday 11 Jan 2020 and ordered a Note 10 plus from Haddy. He was very helpful in the beginning but his service has turned out to be atrocious. First he promised me delivery before Wednesday and then before the end of the week and now suddenly there is no stock available. He makes promises he cannot keep and his communication s****s lack! I have been a Telkom customer in excess of 8 years and cannot believe this is the service a loyal client receives. Now no one can tell me when I can expect a phone and the manager cannot even call me.
