Shocking Service

I have been with Telkom for less that 2 months now and have had nothing but shocking service from them, I have requested for someone to call me back with regards to money that they owe me and the never call me back to give me an update, I have also requested for a manager to call me or for details of management so I can call them myself and I get told they will get management to call me and I don't even get a response from management themselves.

Since I have been with Telkom I have request 6 time for someone to call me back with regards to this issue and not one person has called me back to date
